Earnest Money, Commissions, and Closing Costs

Real estate transactions, including earnest money deposits, brokerage commissions, and closing costs, are handled through escrow, title companies, and brokerage trust accounts in accordance with standard Indiana real estate practice and applicable regulations. These funds are not collected, held, or refunded through this Site. Service Fees and Agreements

Any fees related to real estate representation are governed by the terms of a separate, signed agreement between the client and Jennifer Lillie, REALTOR®, and/or her brokerage. Refunds, if applicable, are addressed within the terms of that individual agreement rather than through this website.
